Add tuna, summer sausage, or other foil packed meat to some
of your dishes about every other day. You can substitute TVP (textured
vegetable protein made from soybeans and can be found at Krogers) for you meat.
It takes on the flavor of your dish and has the texture of ground beef. TVP is
very lightweight. Just add a couple of tablespoons to each dish for your meat.
